Our services are as follows:
1. Draft sketches and analysis of the building , urban status, infrastructure network, functional analysis of the construction enterprise, preliminary design projects, financial and investment expertise etc.
2. Working out design projects in all phases and stages according to the Bulgarian building norms and laws. Preliminary and final technical design projects.
3. Design and interior architecture of the constructed buildings, visual presentation of the building designs.
4. Preparation of auction documentation ,competition for choosing builder after obtaining building permission, consulting all staged of the construction process, etc.
